-How to remove the non genuine battery pop up messages?

For models of XS, XS Max, XR, SE 2020, 11 Series, 12 Series, 13 Series, if you replace the whole battery, you will see warming message shows non genuine battery as below.

There are 2 solution for this:

1. Take off your customer's origin used BMS module from his origin battery, and re-welded it with the new battery cell, and adjust the battery health setting with Qianli iCopy or JC V1S machine(for XS, XSMAX, XR only) , You can buy in our shop iCopy or V1S.

2. Ignore it. haha. Yes, the pop up message will disappear.

How to adjust the Battery health to 100% for SE 2020, 11, 12, 13 Series Battery ?

After reweld your customer's origin bms with the new battery cell, you will need to adjust the battery health to be 100%.

Different model had different steps.

-For SE 2020 battery health 100% fix, so far there is no machine is available to fix this model.

-For XS, XSMAX, XR, you will need either JC's V1S machine or Qianli's iCopy, iCopy Plus or Apollo Machine.

-For 11, 12, 13 series battery, you will need not only the machine(either JC's V1SE machine or Qianli's iCopy, iCopy Plus or Apollo Machine), but also, you will need the tag-on flex cable for adjusting.

-Can I replace with a complete battery to solve the non genuine pop up message?

No, so far. without your customer's origin battery bms, you can't fix the non genuine pop up message.

As well, the battery health function is totally disable.

Please note that no matter what quality you have replace for the battery, it will show the same.

3 Steps to solve the warming message of the battery health for 11 series and 12 series.

Step 1:

In order to remove the message warming show up on the phone screen about the battery, or shows warm in the battery health:

you will need to take off your customer's old used PCB module from his old battery, and re-welded it with the new battery cell.

You can use tin to weld or a portable spot welding machine.

Step 2.

After you will see on the battery health it won't shows 100%. Because the battery was carried with the used battery data.

You will need to build in and internal cable or build out a external cable to the new battery.

we suggest to use external cable which is simpler.

Step 3:

use the JC V1S or Qianli Machine to adjust the battery cycle time to 0 and percentage to be 100%.

Please note that if you use JC cable then you must use JC machine and if use Qianli cable then must use Qianli Machine.
